I see that I can either size an image to its original size or fit to a window. Can I zoom in or out and pan?

I have checked the application and installed it and then opened it without loading content. The software don't seem to offer a pan feature but there is a Zoom to Actual Size feature when you right click the image. I believe the zoom function is triggered by the mouse wheel and the Zoom to Actual Size will return to the default viewing mode. You can read more using the I button next to the Minimise and Close.
